This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping procedures, timelines, and delivery conditions for orders placed with Selora Rose.

Shipping Coverage and Costs
Selora Rose ships orders only within the United States. All orders are shipped free of charge. The total amount payable is clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (Monday to Saturday) after payment has been successfully authorized. The daily order cut-off time is 04:00 PM (EDT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After dispatch, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be provided, allowing you to monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping and Delivery Time
Shipping transit time is typically 4 to 5 days (Monday to Saturday). The total estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.

Delivery Address Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Selora Rose is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet the stated delivery timeframes, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including high order volumes, holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier-related disruptions.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days. If your order is still not delivered after this period, contact us at info@selorarose.com for assistance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@selorarose.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence where applicable. After review, eligible cases will be resolved with an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or a refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@selorarose.com. Cancellation is only possible before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
