Returns and exchanges

To initiate a request, contact us at support@selorarose.com within the return and exchange period and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, the reason for your request, and clear photos where applicable.

Once returned items are received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed within 7 days and issued to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Selora Rose ships orders only within the United States. All orders are shipped free of charge. The total amount payable is clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

The total estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.

Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@selorarose.com. Cancellation is only possible before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available, and the return process must be followed after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@selorarose.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence where applicable. After review, eligible cases will be resolved with an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or a refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.
